Since the beginning of the year, H Hotels have heavily invested in the Human Resources department with the aim of introducing a new HR dynamic twist to the status quo. The HR Management team has embraced a new philosophy which we are delighted to share with you.

The new philosophy

The new HR era for H Hotels is founded upon the fact that the success of the group is directly correlated to everyone’s contribution and harmonious cooperations. It is also inextricably linked to creating an appropriate work environment and culture that promotes mutual trust and collaboration.

To this effect, the group has implemented new policies, programs and activities with the aim of cultivating a healthier climate which rewards the efforts of employees and helps form a more unified work culture.

Philosophy in action

We deeply care about the people in hospitality and seek to provide an HR dynamic that creates bonds and seamless working conditions. Even before the season began, H Hotels organized various training sessions and educational seminars held for all aspects and areas of our hotels. Other, more fun related actions were also organized, such as a staff relaxation session held on the World Yoga Day, and thank you gestures to the Housekeeping staff, along with many others.

This is our new way of showing gratitude to the people who provide their unique work to H Hotels day-in, day-out, because we recognise that each person individually, no matter their position, directly contributes to the overall experience offered by the group.
