WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED OR PRE-AUTHORISED AT CHECK-IN?

Upon check-in, a preauthorization will be taken on guests’ valid credit or debit card (200€ per room, per stay). This is not a charge, but a temporary hold to guarantee the stay and cover any incidental charges. Upon departure, the pre-authorised amount will be released by the hotel. Please note that the time required for the released amount to become available in your account depends on your card-issuing bank, payment provider and country of issue. This process is handled by the respective financial institutions and is beyond the hotel’s control.

The hotel cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for the funds to become available in your account.

WHICH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?

The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners.

DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH/POOL TOWELS AND WHERE CAN I GET THEM?

You can be provided with beach or pool towels from the spa.

CAN I PAY IN CASH AT THE HOTEL?

You can only use cash at the reception and the mini market.

WHERE CAN I RENT A CAR?

There is a rent a car desk In the area of the lobby.

WHERE DO I GET A BUS OR A TAXI?

There is a bus station 100 away of the hotel.
There is a taxi station 1 kilometer away of the hotel. You can also call a taxi or ask the reception to do it for you.

WHERE CAN I FIND AN ATM MACHINE/CURRENCY EXCHANGE?

There is an atm machine in the lobby. There is no exchange desk or machine in the hotel.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AT A RESTAURANT?

You can make a reservation at a restaurant either through the hhotelscollection app or at the reception desk.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNET ACCESS?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all the areas and is free of charge.
There is an internet corner available on the mezzanine.

IS TEHRE A MINI MARKET AND A SOUVENIR SHOP IN THE HOTEL?

Yes, there is a shop in the ground floor.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN/OUT TIME?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. If you wish a late check-out, please contact the Front Desk.

ARE THE POOLS HEATED?

Only the indoor pool is heated.

ARE THERE ANY INTERCONNECTING ROOMS IN THE HOTEL?

Yes, we have in the main building and the annex building.
