WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2022 “ONLY ONE EARTH”
Operating since 1974 and lead by United Nations Environment Programme, World Environment Day is a a global online platform that raises environmental awareness and inspires positive change.
Every year World Environment Day is focused on a different theme including marine pollution, global warming, sustainable consumption and wildlife crime. This year’s World Environment Day, using the slogan “ Only One Earth”, is dedicated to collective environmental actions. Focused on climate action, nature action and pollution action, World Environment Day 2022 aims to promote that while the individual consumption choice is important, the transformative environmental change needs the collective action on a global scale toward a more sustainable Earth where everyone can flourish.
